BUILDER
The builder is the software for creating and executing digitized processes. It consists of three (3) modules: the directory, the process builder and the process player.
PROCESS DIRECTORY
The product directory creation module of the company. Each processes will have its version as well as its defined manufacturing steps.
PROCESS BUILDER
Module for creating intelligent work instructions. Technical drawings, tolerances, inspection criteria, manual measurement inputs, etc. will be digitized.
PROCESS PLAYER
The digitized processes are executed by the operators via the process player. All information, serial numbers (if any), time of manufacture, employee names, etc. are stored and accessed in real time via the reporting tool.
CLOUD
Virtual-Process uses Microsoft's Azure Cloud platform. A world leader in safety and reliability. All data is encrypted (AES 128 bits).
PORTAL
The Portal is the management software. Its main modules are: the user manager, the planning and reporting tool and the dashboard.
USER MANAGER
Allows you to give different access rights to the software for each employee.
PLANNING TOOL
Module that orchestrates the production (quantities, types of products, delivery dates, etc.) directly on the operators' workstations. It allows to change priorities in real time.
REPORTING TOOL
All results (manufacturing time, employee names, yields, problems, etc ...) are accessible in real time with this tool.
DASHBOARD
Configurable module that displays in real time the continuous performance of manufacturing operations.
